eir bands Trial Package Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 14-day free trial of the eir Bands functional electrical stimulation (FES) system, offered by Valkyrie Industries Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the trial. By registering for the trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Trial Overview
The eir Bands Trial Package is designed for professional use by therapists, clinicians, and approved healthcare providers in clinical settings within the UK.
The trial includes:
2 x eir bands (FES devices)
16 x Electrode Pads
Full access to the v-health Mobile App (data-free version)
Online onboarding and support
Free UK shipping and returns
The trial period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation.
2. Eligibility
Trial participants must be registered UK clinic, therapist, physio, or healthcare provider.
One trial package per organisation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Valkyrie Industries reserves the right to approve or reject trial requests at its sole discretion.
3. Device Ownership & Use
All devices and accessories, excluding used electrode packs, remain the property of Valkyrie Industries during the trial period.
Devices may be used in professional healthcare settings or at home.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the devices are used according to the instructions provided during onboarding.
4. Returns and Charges
Devices must be returned by Day 15 following delivery using the prepaid return label provided.
If the devices are not returned by Day 17, you will be invoiced for the full retail price of the devices:
£750 if the trial began on and before May 7th, 2025
£850 if the trial began after May 7th, but before June 1st 2025
£1,000 if the trial began June 1, 2025 or later
Once payment is received, the devices become the property of the customer and are covered by our standard warranty.
5. Damage or Missing Items
Returned devices will be inspected upon receipt.
If devices are missing or damaged beyond expected clinical use, Valkyrie Industries reserves the right to invoice for repair or replacement costs.
The cost will not be above the retail cost of the devices, with the maximum pricing outlined in clause 4.
6. Support and Onboarding
Online onboarding will be provided at the start of the trial.
Technical support is available during the trial via our online support portal or email.
7. Data Collection & Follow-Up
The v-health Mobile App currently does not collect or store user data during the trial.
A member of our team may contact you at a mutually convenient time to discuss your experience and usage of the devices for quality assurance and product improvement purposes.
8. Payment & Invoicing
Customers are not required to enter payment details in advance.
If devices are not returned, Valkyrie Industries will send a quote and invoice for the applicable retail price.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
9. Modifications and Termination
Valkyrie Industries reserves the right to modify or terminate the trial program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
