Step 1: Confirm both devices are NOT in the same configuration.

  1. Press the power button once and release it to power on a device.

  2. Repeat the process for the other device.

  3. One device’s LED should display CYAN, and the other should display MAGENTA.

    If the LEDs are not displaying the correct colours (CYAN and MAGENTA), proceed to Step 3.

    If both devices display the same colour, proceed to Step 2 to change the configuration of the device.

Step 2: Change the device configuration.

  1. Select one of the devices.

  2. Ensure the device is turned off. If it is not:

    Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the LEDs turn off.

  3. Press and hold the power button on this device for ~13 seconds until the LED changes from either Cyan to Magenta, or Magenta to Cyan.

Step 3: Put the device into pairing mode.

Select one of the devices.

  1. Ensure the device is turned off. If it is not:

    Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the LEDs turn off.

    Press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds. 

  2. Release the button once the LED starts blinking. The LED should blink every half a second.

    Note: If the device does not blink but displays the correct colour, it is not in pairing mode. In this case, power off the device and repeat the process to enter pairing mode.

    This device is now in the PAIRING MODE.

  3. Repeat the above steps for the second device.

  4. The LED on the master device blinks in CYAN, and the LED on the slave device blinks in MAGENTA. 


Important Notice: 

Ensure there are no other eir bands in pairing mode during this process.

If no action is taken within 3 minutes, the device will automatically power off. To turn it back on, press the power button once and release it.

Step 4: Pair the Devices

  1. When both devices are in pairing mode, they will automatically detect each other and initiate pairing.

  2. The LEDs on the devices will return to their default colours (CYAN and MAGENTA), stop blinking, and begin slowly pulsating (fading in and out every 3 seconds).

  3. They are now PAIRED.
